Anatoli Demitkov (May 27, 1926 – August 15, 2005) was an Estonian sprint canoer who competed in 1950s. He won a silver medal in the K-2 1000 m event at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne.
Demitkov also won two bronze medals at the 1958 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Prague, earning them in the K-2 1000 m and the K-4 1000 m events.
